The Day We Got Married

It took almost a year to plan. Everything was planned and came together perfectly. It was magical! I wanted to do it again almost immediately, but I'll only be renewing vows from here on out! Here are a few photos (and captions) of the big day!

My dress! It is gorgeous and huge and heavy. No other dressed compared.

MY SHOES! Thank you Giuseppe Zanotti for ending my never ending search for the perfect shoes. These were so comfortable, I could wear the 6" heels all night!

This "something blue" was very special. It was my great-grandmother's. I credit her (and her husband) for everything my mom is. She did not have good parents at all. They saved her life. It was definitely a tear-jerker when I saw that my mom got our invitation monogram put on it.

In case you didn't notice, I went for simple and clean. My bouquet was definitely exactly what I asked for.

Before we dated, I told Eric I wanted "The Weight" by Thrice played at my wedding. he surprised me and sang it to me in front of everyone! It was gorgeous.  

Him singing was the only time I cried the entire day. 

Little Tater Tots stood right next to me and comforted me the whole time.
